Restart required, can take 24h to reach all PCs, and will be included in September Patch Tuesday. Workaround for IT/managed devices: Registry Editor to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\inpoutx64, change Start to 4, restart. Backup registry first – RGB controls may stop working. Change back to restore.
